Marketing Content Specialist

We’re looking for a Go-getter, Game Changer, and Good Human to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize online advertising using Google, Facebook and other advertising platforms.
  • Write content for social media ads, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • Manage email campaigns using Constant Contact.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics for partners using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Create landing pages, curate targeted audience lists, and maintain expert knowledge of Acceptd’s application platform from a Recruitment and Marketing standpoint.
  • Demonstrate superb organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of digital marketing.

Desired qualifications:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficiency in both creative and administrative tasks

Staff Accountant

We’re looking for a Staff Accountant who is a go-getter.

Responsibilities:

  • Quickbooks Online Accounting
    • Execute monthly accounting procedures, including reconciling multiple systems to Quickbooks Online
    • Record and manage accounts receivable and payable as well as effectively communicate with organizations to work through any differences, questions or concerns
    • Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures
  • Strategic Support
    • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
    • Provide a strong level of customer service to our internal team and clients

Desired qualifications:

  • Ability to work within a fast-moving, small team, willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Comfortable leveraging technology
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills and excellent judgment
  • 2 year college degree with accounting courses preferred
  • 2+ years accounting experience required

Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a goal oriented go-getter.

Responsibilities:

  • Securing new Acceptd partners comprised of fine & performing arts colleges, competitions, symphonies/orchestras, summer arts programs, and more
  • Initiate contact (email, phone, in-person, etc.) with prospective Acceptd partners
  • Discover prospective partner goals, needs, pain points, etc. via research and conversation
  • Share Acceptd’s value and resources via online or in-person demonstrations
  • Employ effective selling techniques including superb organizational abilities, creative lead generation tactics, strong reach outs, thoughtful follow-ups, and productive questioning and digital demonstration strategies that lead to a close
  • Maintain expert product knowledge around Acceptd’s resources and factors influencing the market environment

Desired qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales (or similar) experience
  • Strong presentation and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Familiarity with the online technology resource space
  • Collaborative nature
  • Entrepreneurial “get ‘r done” attitude
