Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a goal oriented go-getter.

Responsibilities:

  • Securing new Acceptd partners comprised of fine & performing arts colleges, competitions,/orchestras, summer arts programs, and more
  • Initiate contact (email, phone, in-person, etc.) with prospective Acceptd partners
  • Discover prospective partner goals, needs, pain points, etc. via research and conversation
  • Share Acceptd’s value and resources via online or in-person demonstrations
  • Employ effective selling techniques including superb organizational abilities, creative lead generation tactics, strong reach outs, thoughtful follow-ups, and productive questioning and digital demonstration strategies that lead to a close
  • Maintain expert product knowledge around Acceptd’s resources and factors influencing the market environment

Desired qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales (or similar) experience
  • Strong presentation and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Familiarity with the online technology resource space
  • Collaborative nature
  • Entrepreneurial “get ‘r done” attitude
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Marketing Account Specialist

We’re looking for a goal oriented go-getter.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and trust with clients and develop a cadence of consistent communication.
  • Communicate the value of Acceptd’s marketing offerings to clients in order to increase sales and meet a marketing renewals sales goal.
  • Organize and manage the details of multiple client campaigns in platforms such as Basecamp, Google Drive and SalesForce.
  • Clearly communicate client goals and expectations to the marketing team in order for campaigns to run efficiently and effectively.
  • Have an overarching view of multiple campaigns in order to identify trends and opportunities for marketing offerings.
  • Demonstrate superb organizational and administrative abilities to develop timelines, maintain deadlines and effectively manage projects.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of digital marketing.

Desired qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably with digital agency background
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficiency in both creative and administrative tasks

Support Manager

We’re looking for a goal oriented go-getter.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve applicants as a technical liaison for Acceptd.
  • Manage a team of 3-5 part-time technical support representatives, ensuring customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis.
  • Oversee the processes for email, chat, and phone support and continually work to improve and streamline efficiency.
  • Establish best practices through the entire technical support process.
  • Create support experiences that blow our users away.

Desired qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of account management or technical support management preferred
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficiency in both creative and administrative tasks
