We are seeking an Account Relations Specialist to lead client communications and manage the setup of applications for 150-200 accounts. We are passionate about being a consultative partner and helping arts organizations streamline their processes. We are dedicated to radically serving others and exceeding their expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the status and timelines of 150-200 clients at once
  • Onboard and setup new clients and re-setup existing clients in Acceptd’s complex, in-house technology platform
  • Build relationships and trust with clients in order to serve as an extension of their team
  • Clearly understand client priorities and goals to ensure accuracy and quality of service
  • Communicate the value of Acceptd’s offerings and service to clients in order to exceed the Account Relations renewal goal
  • Continually optimize processes, using platforms such as Basecamp and Salesforce, to drive efficiencies within a small team
  • Demonstrate superb organizational and administrative abilities to develop timelines, meet deadlines, and effectively manage clients and internal projects
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and apply Acceptd’s complex technology platform to help clients best utilize our resources to reach their goals
  • Some nights and weekends may be required as needed

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and problem solve efficiently with a high-volume workload
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for internal and client communications
  • Passion for collaboration and developing long-standing relationships with clients
  • Learns quickly in a tech-driven environment and is motivated to meet aggressive goals
  • Entrepreneurial and volunteers for new challenges
  • 2+ years of project management experience or similar is preferred
