We are seeking a part-time and remote customer support specialist to help serve the technical needs of our users and maintain meaningful relationships with our network of artists.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve applicants as a technical liaison for Acceptd.
  • Ensure customer service is timely and accurate.
  • Help maintain best practices through the entire technical support process.
  • Provide customer support that blow our users away.
  • Monitor phone, chat, and email channels for customer service.

  • Self-motivated and driven with remote work.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative nature.
  • Entrepreneurial, “get ‘r done” attitude.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
