Easier Audition Scheduling with Acceptd

Published February 20th, 2025

The Acceptd team is always focused on creating better user experiences. That's why we're excited to announce a new scheduling experience for artists, available for all users today. This update includes several of our most requested features and we are always grateful for feedback from our users and partner organizations!

Everything you need at a glance.

With Acceptd's My Timeslots page, we've made it easier than ever to find available times in audition schedules. Select any open timeslot with a single click. If sessions are full or unavailable, we'll display that, too.

Change of plans? We're flexible.

If you need to change your audition time, simply choose a new timeslot to switch. By popular request, we've also added a new Leave Timeslot button if you need more time to think about it. And if you've already found the perfect program and no longer need to audition, you can ask the organization to remove you from their schedule altogether.

Ready wherever you are.

With this update, we're introducing a better experience for phones and other small screens. And this is only the beginning - we'll be making improvements throughout the entire Acceptd platform in 2025!

Acceptd makes audition and interview scheduling easy for arts organizations and artists alike. If your organization needs simple and powerful scheduling tools, reach out here to see how we can help!
