At Acceptd, we're always looking for ways to improve our software. That's why we're excited to introduce a brand new Application Review experience for the 2025-26 application and audition season! This update is live for all organizations now and includes many of our most commonly requested features. Here are just a few:
Essential information, right where you need it
We've moved key details about the application, schedule, and tags to the top of the page for easy reference. And if you have a long application form to review, we'll continue to display key details as you scroll.
Need more customization? Our new Application Highlights section allows Account Owners to highlight the most important fields for their organization in an expandable window. We've also improved the navigation between applications, so you'll never lose your place in your filtered view again.
Easier review, on and off of Acceptd
We designed Acceptd to be an all-in-one, online solution. But we know that sometimes you need your materials on the go. That's why we've taken customer feedback to create a new, printable version of the application form. We've also added new options for media downloads, including the ability to continue downloading older media files from our archives.
New flexibility for Admin users
We know that some administrators also review applications, but many do not. That's why we've added a new Reviewer Mode for Account Owners and Program Managers. Toggle the Reviewer Mode on to see what your reviewers see and leave your own adjudication. Or turn it off to edit applications, change stages, and take advantage of all of the admin tools you're used to. Switch as often as you need - we'll remember your last selection.
