December Feature Enhancements
Setting Word Limits: Our 'large text box' questions now have smart word-counting capabilities! If you choose to set a maximum word count, this will appear within the application and allow your applicants to see how many words they have remaining before they reach the limit.
Sending Documentation Reminders: Applicants have the ability to resend their documentation requests, and now you have the power to resend requests as needed, too! Under the "Documentation" tab of an application, simply click the blue "Resend" button to resend the request directly to the documenter's email. This can be sent every 12 hours.
Account Relations Help Desk
With applications rolling in, we know that many of your judges and faculty are in the system reviewing and adjudicating. Our Account Relations Help Desk is full of thorough screenshots and step-by-step instructions, so be sure to pass this link along as a resource if anyone might need assistance!
