Dear Partners,
We may be only two months into 2017 but we are already working hard to bring you new feature enhancements and an updated user experience this year as we continually strive to be innovative for our clients! Also, we have started this year's renewals and re-setups to make the process smooth and easy for you; expect to hear from your Account Relations Specialist soon with more information.
Read below for the latest from Acceptd, including upcoming webinars, a sneak peak at one of our newest partnerships, and an opportunity to be featured in our next Acceptd Guide in April!
February Tech Enhancements
New "Stages" Design: For those of you who have multiple stages of adjudication and can benefit from our "Stages" feature, you may have noticed that the Stages section on the overview page of applications looks a bit different. We cleaned up this area so it is easier to quickly identify which stage of adjudication the application is in if you have multiple adjudication stages or rounds of review! The blue bar indicates that the application is currently in that adjudication stage. In this current stage, ratings and comments can be submitted by you and your reviewers.
The red bar indicates that the application is not currently in that adjudication stage. While you can still click on these other stages to see previous reviews, you should not submit any ratings and comments for those stages; in fact, a red warning message will pop up to notify you of that!
Shared Message Templates: We know that many of the Account Owners in your organization create and send messages similar to one another; for example, perhaps you want everyone sending out the same acceptance or rejection messages to keep communication consistent. Thanks to this new feature, you can now share any message templates you have created in Acceptd! This functionality is only available to Account Owners. Once you save a message template, you will see a checkbox titled "Shared" right next to it. Check this box if you would like to share your template with the other Account Owners in your organization!
All other Account Owners will now have this template saved for them, which they can use or edit as needed. The name of the person who shared the message will appear next to that template for their reference. If you are not familiar with how to save a message template, click here for instructions!
"Stats" Button in the Recruitment Network: Want to analyze your activity in the Recruitment Network? The new "Stats" button gives you the information you need with one quick click! If you would like to see your activity within a certain date range, you can even use the Min Date and Max Date fields to narrow down your search. Easily monitor your traffic and how effective your campaigns are (and tweak accordingly).

Partner Spotlight
We are excited to share a unique marketing partnership that Acceptd has started with the Cincinnati Art Museum! Together, we are promoting their "Dressed to Kill: Japanese Arms & Armor" art exhibition featuring Japanese samurai culture and arts from the 16th–19th centuries. Several members of our team recently visited the exhibit and saw firsthand the acclaim the exhibition is receiving (even from The Wall Street Journal). Feel free to learn more about this exhibition here!
Tip of the Month
Looking to reach artists through a new, creative marketing outlet? Become a sponsor for our next Acceptd Guide!
Acceptd’s 200,000 + artists rely on us to keep them informed on arts-related topics and issues. Because of that, six times a year we publish downloadable Guides covering the topics most relevant to young artists (click here to see our Summer 2017 Programs Guide). These Guides feature a series of informational and educational articles and are distributed at no cost to our artist members, their parents, and their teachers. We encourage you to take advantage of this sought-after audience and be featured in our next Guide! Each Guide is promoted to our members via email, social media, the Acceptd website, and online advertising.
April's Guide topic is titled: The Acceptd Guide to Careers in the Arts. Ask any young artist, or parent of a young artist, what their least favorite question is and you will probably hear this: “Yeah, but what can you do with an art degree?” This Guide will explore the many options available for artists and include interviews with successful artists, highlighting the many choices accessible for artists in the working world.
