May 2017 Acceptd Partner Update

Dear Partners,

It's hard to believe that May is almost over! It's been fun gearing up with our partnering summer programs for the impending camp and festival season! We hope everyone finds time this season for some sunshine and R&R. We'll live vicariously through you as we continue to work hard to introduce new features for the upcoming academic year.


May Tech Enhancements

Reporting: We're excited to unveil the first round of our new Reporting feature. You can now, at a glance, visualize your final decision status, submitted vs. in progress applications, submissions over time, and a map to track the geography of your applicants.

Work with our Account Relations team to set your submissions goals for your next application cycle so you can track your Progress to Goal! Stay tuned for even more reporting customization in the coming months.


Upcoming Webinars & Orientations

  1. Join us for the next Acceptd Orientation! Designed for long-time partners and new users alike, this orientation will provide you with a basic, updated training of the Acceptd platform. The next Acceptd Orientation is taking place on Wednesday, June 14th at 1pm EasternClick here to sign up if you, your reviewers, or faculty members would like to join us.
  2. Google recently unveiled new changes in their marketing analytics that offers you more power than ever to reach applicants. Join us on Wednesday, June 28th at 1pm Eastern for the first look at how you can use these tools to promote your arts programs! Click here to sign up.

Tech Team Fun Facts!

Meet our incredible team of developers who help make Acceptd an amazing experience for all of our partners.

Judah Steelesmith: A former Marine and team member at Acceptd for 3.5 years, Judah is an outdoor gear junkie and the only "Judah Steelsmith" in the U.S. according to the 2010 Census.

Christian Lent: A 4-year member of the Acceptd team, Christian is the proud owner of a fully loaded 19-inch server rack that he keeps in his basement and can frequently be seen taking long walks listening to sci-fi audiobooks or political podcasts.

Salvatore Porchia: An Aquarius, Salvatore plays Bass in the local band "Electric Cult Circus," has a pet rabbit named Magic Hat, and has also been on the Acceptd team for 3.5 years.

David Ensinger: A member of the Acceptd team for 2 years, David speaks Romanian from his time in the Peace Corps and will someday own a jukebox for his 45s.
