September 2018: Redesign News

Published September 19th, 2018

Dear Partners,

We've missed you! As the summer heat starts to dissipate and the cool fall nights set in, we're gearing up for another year of helping you, your organizations, and your applicants flourish and grow. Over the past few months, we had team members traveling all over the world: from Hawaii to Spain, Israel to Maine, and now we're back home in Ohio and ready to hit the ground running.

To start, we’re excited to reveal the new design of our Application Review pages. Our designers and developers worked tirelessly to enhance our platform to better fulfill the needs of everyone we serve. While ensuring all of the features you love are still easily accessible, we’ve introduced new and more powerful ways to track your adjudication and view all the “at-a-glance” data you need for each submission.

Here’s a preview of the new redesign we're rolling out (click to enlarge):

You'll notice we moved the application tabs to the menu across the top for easier access and introduced new features to the stage overview page, so you can better manage your adjudication.

Let's dive a little deeper into the changes and new features!

Data At-A-Glance: In the "About" section on the left side of the page, we house the applicant’s contact information and basic submission details. New to this design, you will now see scheduling data AND any custom fields from the application, such an University ID# or Audition Preference.

Reviewer and Rating Drill Downs: We’ve introduced two brand new pages to show the details related to each Reviewer AND each Rating. Here is a snapshot of the Reviewer Drill Down page:

This was just a quick snapshot of the enhancements coming to Acceptd and we know you’re probably interested in learning more, so here are 2 easy ways to get more into the details:
